Contact MassReport
Every case starts with one Telegram message. Send the link and a short description; the reply says whether a legitimate route exists, the price and a realistic timeframe.
Where to send a case
Telegram: @TGMassReporterSupport
Write to @TGMassReporterSupport. A single thread keeps long links, screenshots and documents together, and the earlier messages stay in view while the case is screened and quoted.
Message on TelegramWhat to send
- The link to each account, post or search result, copied from the address bar or the share menu.
- One or two sentences on what is wrong: a scam, impersonation, harassment, a copied work, exposed private data or a false statement.
- Your connection to it: the person affected, the owner of the work, or someone authorized to act for either.
- Anything already filed with the platform, with dates and reference numbers.
A draft to start from, ready to copy and complete:
This is the account I want taken down. Could you check it and tell me the price and how long it would take?

What MassReport never asks for
-
Never requested
Passwords, one-time codes or backup codes for any account, yours or anyone else's.
-
Never requested
Remote access to your phone or computer, or an app installed to "speed things up".
-
Never requested
Payment to unlock a platform decision or skip a review queue; nobody outside the platform can sell that.
A message that claims to come from MassReport and asks for any of these did not come from MassReport. The Telegram username @TGMassReporterSupport is the only contact route: there is no phone line and no second chat account, and MassReport never messages anyone first. Check the spelling of the username before you send anything.
What happens after you write
The material is read and checked against the platform's published rules and any law that applies. The answer takes one of three forms: a route exists and here is the quote; more evidence is needed first; or no legitimate ground exists and the request is declined. Requests aimed at critics, competitors or accounts that follow the rules land in the last group, as do requests for report floods of any kind.
MassReport is an independent service with no tie to any platform it files with. Correspondence is in English. How each stage works is set out in the reporting process, and the removals index collects the individual routes.
